Tickets
Tickets are available only on site at the ticket office before entering the Centre. The ticket office operates during the Centre's opening hours.
Adults and children over 6 years of age are required to purchase an admission ticket.Children under 6 can visit the facility free of charge (does not apply to organized groups).
The monthly pass is personal and valid 90 days from the date of purchase. The fiscal receipt also serves as the admission ticket.
Visiting
The Centre contains a large number of attractions and exhibits. To see all of them comfortably, we recommend setting aside approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Advance reservations for guided tours are available only for organised groups by contacting our office. All information regarding the availability of guides for non-reserved groups and individual visitors is available on site. A guided tour covering the most important exhibits takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Group Tours
When visiting our Centre as an organised group, you are eligible to purchase package tickets and reserve a guide for a specific date and time. Furthermore, organised groups are entitled to privileges such as: skip-the-line access to the "Upside-Down House" and the opportunity to choose a thematic tour of the Centre.
