Visitor Regulations
of the Centrum Edukacji i Promocji Regionu

1. 1. The following regulations govern the services provided by the Centrum Edukacji i Promocji Regionu in Szymbark, hereinafter referred to as the "Centrum".
2. 2. The Centrum Regulations are binding for all individuals visiting the Centrum or otherwise using its infrastructure, hereinafter referred to as "Visitors".
3. 3. The Centrum is open to Visitors 7 days a week, during the hours specified on the information board located at the entrance and on the website www.cepr.pl
   1. 3.1 In special cases, previously agreed with the management, the Centrum may be made available to Visitors at other hours and dates,
   2. 3.2 The Kashubian Fairy Tale World and the Rope Park are open to Visitors in July and August or on other dates previously agreed with the management of the Centrum. Opening hours and dates of these attractions are provided on the website cepr.pl.
   3. 3.3 The owner of the Rope Park is Alfa Żurańscy sp. z o.o. sp. k.

1. 4. Visiting the Centrum is subject to fees according to the price list available at the ticket office and on the website cepr.pl. The Centrum ticket does not include entry to the Rope Park. Tickets for the mentioned attraction can be purchased at the ticket office located at the entrance to that facility within the Centrum grounds.
2. 5. Purchasing an entrance ticket to the Centrum entitles Visitors to explore it accompanied by a guide or independently. Guided tours, depending on the number of Visitors, typically last between 30 - 45 minutes.
3. 6. Minors are allowed to visit the Centrum only when accompanied by adults authorized to provide care for them.
4. 8. Persons with limited mobility or suffering from other conditions that may pose a contraindication to visiting may participate in the tour exclusively at their own risk. The Centrum is not responsible for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from the Visitor's state of health.
5. 8. Visitors are required to:
   1. 8.1 Follow the instructions of the guide or other Centrum staff related to visitor services and safety,
   2. 8.2 Visit the Chapel of St. Rafał Kalinowski and the "Polish Insurgent's House from Adampol" only when accompanied by a guide,
   3. 8.3 Exercise particular caution when visiting the replica of the "Bunker of the Pomeranian Griffin" and the "Upside Down House",
   4. 8.4 Maintain order and observe commonly accepted rules of conduct.
6. 9. It is prohibited to:
   1. 9.1 Smoke on the premises of the Centrum - smoking is permitted only in designated areas,
   2. 9.2 Touch installations, devices, and exhibits,
   3. 9.3 Participate in tours while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating substances,
   4. 9.4 Bring dogs without a leash and muzzle (applies to dogs over 5 kg),
   5. 9.5 Bring weapons or dangerous substances and objects onto the Centrum grounds,
   6. 9.6 Litter or damage Centrum property,
   7. 9.7 Climb on exhibits and displays located within the Centrum grounds,
   8. 9.8 Enter the "Sybirak's House" or the Chapel of St. Rafał Kalinowski with alcoholic beverages
7. 10. Tours within the Centrum are conducted by authorized guides, who are responsible for:
   1. 10.1 Ensuring the safety of Visitors. For this purpose, the guide will inform Visitors about safety regulations and the rules of conduct within the Centrum,
   2. 10.2 Providing an efficient tour and competent explanations to Visitors,
8. 11. Demonstrations of equipment, as well as the organization of accompanying events, are the exclusive responsibility of authorized and trained Centrum employees.
9. 12. The Centrum is not responsible for items left or otherwise lost on its grounds.
10. 13. The Centrum is not liable for any consequences resulting from Visitors failing to comply with these regulations or any other instructions communicated by Centrum employees.
11. 14. For safety reasons, certain areas of the Centrum are under video surveillance.
12. 15. The Centrum reserves the right to change the opening hours of food service points located on its grounds.
13. 16. The Centrum is located within the Kashubian Landscape Park. Therefore, wild animals (deer, hares, wasps, hornets, etc.) may appear on the premises. Please exercise caution and do not provoke the animals. The Centrum is not responsible for any incidents involving wild animals.
14. 17. Paid, unguarded, and unsupervised parking areas are available on the Centrum grounds.
15. 18. Comments, incidents, and complaints regarding visits to the Centrum may be submitted at the Centrum's management office located in the Scout House. Centrum Edukacji i Promocji Regionu, 12 Szymbarskich Zakładników Street, 83-315 Szymbark.
