Beer Evenings at the "Kaszubska Korona" Brewery

Our Beer Feasting Offer:

• Beer Feasts are an excellent opportunity to try unique beer with Kashubian tradition,
• Upon your special request, we will invite a band to enhance the beer feast,
• We will invite you to taste all types of Kaszubska Korona beer,
• During the „Beer Evenings” you will be able to, among other things, take on the challenge of the „meter of beer” - a board on which we place 10 mugs of various types of beer - and sample traditional Kashubian snuff,
• We also invite you to our SPA - Beer Baths, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath in wooden tubs with aeration in a natural, aromatic composition of hops, yeast, and brewer's malt with herbs. This mixture has been used for centuries in herbal medicine and natural medicine. It is rich in B vitamins and mineral substances. It has smoothing, firming, and anti-wrinkle properties. The bath temperature is approx. 36°C. During the duration of the bath (approx. 45 min), you constantly have the possibility of personally pouring and tasting fresh, unpasteurized beer from our Kaszebsko Koruna brewery.
• You can also share our beers with others by taking them home in an original 5-litre keg, in a six-pack, or in 0.33 l bottles.

In addition to excellent beer based on traditional recipes, you will be able to try Kashubian Cuisine and dishes prepared only for this special occasion – the beer feast menu: 

 „The Chef's Platter”:

• Pork hock (knuckle),
• Potatoes Kashubian style with bacon and onion,
• Fried cabbage (cabbage with roux),
• Ribs in barbecue sauce,
• Spicy breaded chicken wings,
• Pork cutlets (breaded),
• White sausages baked with onion,
• Red cabbage braised with apple and plum.

Hot Snacks Buffet:

• Pork neck hunter's style, spicy baked wings,
• white sausage sautéed with onion and mushrooms,
• red borscht with a small pasty (pate or mushroom pastry).

Cold Appetizers Buffet:

• stuffed potatoes, herring salad, platter of regional cured meats (cold cuts),
• homemade lard with cracklings, bread, butter,
• beverages: 2 mugs of regional beer (0.4l); apple juice, mineral water.

We offer all event participants cakes, delicious yeast cakes baked by us, and other local dishes that will satisfy the demands of even the most discerning gourmets.

Accommodation at Hotel Szymbark:

We offer spacious and elegant interiors, a banquet hall, 6 conference rooms, approx. 150 beds, and stylish rooms of a higher standard for your use.
