The last guided tour of the Museum starts one hour before closing.

What are the brewery/restaurant's opening hours?

The brewery is open from 10:00 to 23:00, while the restaurant operates during the Centre's opening hours.

Useful Information Before Your Visit:

Is accommodation available within the Centre?

Yes. We have our own hotel.

Are animals allowed inside the Centre?

Yes. Animals must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle.

Visiting:

What is the visiting time?

A guided tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Independent touring of the facilities can take up to 3 hours, but it is also possible in a shorter time.

What can be seen at the Centre?

How should I visit the Centre?

The facilities have been numbered – there is special signage within the Centre guiding you in the correct direction. You may also visit the Centre's facilities in any order.

Is it possible to leave the Centre and re-enter?

Yes, to re-enter the Centre, you just need to show your previously purchased admission ticket.

Is eating and drinking allowed in the exhibition areas?

Eating and drinking is prohibited inside the facilities.

Is it allowed to take photos or record videos?

Yes, there are no restrictions in this regard.

Are there any tour programmes or guidebooks available?

Yes, guidebooks are available in the souvenir shop.

Is it possible to buy a ticket to the Centre in advance?

Tickets for individual tourists can only be purchased on-site at the Centre.

How many tickets can be purchased at one time?

We have no restrictions on the number of tickets purchased at one time.

Organised Groups - General Information:

Is it possible to buy group tickets at the ticket office?

Yes, group tickets can be purchased on the day of the visit at the ticket offices.

What is the minimum group size?

A group must consist of at least 25 people.

How many free chaperones/guides are allocated per group?

One guide (free guide) is assigned to every group with a prior reservation. For other groups, guides are available depending on availability.

Parking:

Does the Centre have guest parking?

Yes, the Centre has guest parking.

Is there a paid parking zone at the Centre?

Are there parking spaces for coaches?

Yes, we have 15 spaces available for coaches.

Are there parking spaces for bicycles?

Yes, there are parking spaces for bicycles.

Foreign Guests:

In which languages are the exhibit descriptions available?

Descriptions of some exhibits are also available in English.

Do the guides speak English or any other foreign language?

Yes, our guides speak English, German, and Russian.

Is it possible to reserve a guide for a foreign guest?

Yes, the cost of hiring a foreign-language guide involves an additional fee.

Are any guidebooks/brochures available in foreign languages?

Yes, guidebooks are available in the souvenir shop.
