The Centre for Education and Regional Promotion in Szymbark offers a rich variety of attractions and inspiring educational programmes. We ensure unforgettable experiences that serve as an interesting alternative to standard history lessons, leaving a lasting impression on our visitors.
In the company of a guide, our guests can visit attractions that are unique on a global scale, including (among others): the World's Longest Plank, the Siberian House (Dom Sybiraka), the TOW "Gryf Pomorski" Bunker, the Kashubian Fairy Tale World (Kaszubski Świat Bajek), and the World's Largest Concert Piano.
In the company of a guide, our guests can visit attractions that are unique on a global scale, including (among others): the World's Longest Plank, the Siberian House (Dom Sybiraka), the TOW "Gryf Pomorski" Bunker, the Kashubian Fairy Tale World (Kaszubski Świat Bajek), and the World's Largest Concert Piano.
We also invite you to enjoy active leisure time at our Rope Park and to taste the beer from our on-site brewery. The CEPR complex also offers attractions such as: baking bread by hand, self-service sausage grilling, coin minting, a children's playground, and a feast hall.
- Individual visitors may explore the Centre on their own or in the company of a guide. We offer the opportunity to see all exhibits and make use of the additional attractions located on our premises.
- Group tourists visit the Centre accompanied by a guide (a route covering the most important exhibits). We encourage you to take advantage of our thematic Centre tours through programmes such as: "Getting to Know Kashubia" (Poznajemy Kaszuby) or "The History of Poland Carved in Wood" (Historia Polski Wyryta w Drewnie).
- Our offer for school primarily includes tours of the Kashubian Fairy Tale World (Kaszubski Świat Bajek), which is designed for younger visitors, and tours of our other attractions as an interesting alternative to traditional history lessons.
Furthermore, during your visit to the Centre, you may take advantage of our on-site food and beverage offer, which includes refreshments, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), sausages grilled over a bonfire, and bread served with lard and a pickled cucumber. If you wish to use our food and beverage services for larger groups, please make an advance reservation by contacting our office.
The Kashubian Cottage (Chata Kaszubska) - The Kashubian Cottage is open only on Saturdays and Sundays in September.
If you would like to extend your stay with us, we offer accommodation in our on-site hotel located within the Centre’s complex.
Important General Information:
- The Centre for Education and Regional Promotion in Szymbark is open almost all year round; however, some food service facilities and additional attractions are only operational during the summer season,
- smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Centre,
- animals are permitted on the premises on a leash and with a muzzle.
